Pizza Fusion is very gluten-free friendly. They have a separate area for preparing all gluten free items in order to prevent cross contamination.

Pizza Fusion uses a mixture of garbanzo bean, fava bean and rice flour to make the gluten-free pizza crust, and the sauce and cheese are gluten-free as well.
